I am 5ft 10 and currently way about 156-159lbs day to day with a body fat percentage of 17.8%, and i'm hoping to get down to 142-146lbs! I'm not sure where my body fat percentage will be there.
People may think that this is still fairly heavy, but being a full time dancer, I have a hell of a lot of muscle, and i'm tall :) My goal weight would have my bmi at 19.8-20.4.
I'm very into my exercise too, i <3 the gym, in fact I love just about anything physical.
Train like an athlete + eat like a nutritionist + sleep like a baby = win like a champion ;)

- Breakfast - ‘Banana soup’ - 1 banana, coconut milk, ground almonds (200)
- 30mins light cardio/stretch/strengthening
- 90 minutes intense commercial jazz
- Morning snack - 2 slices turkey ham + 1/4 yellow pepper (40)
- 90 minutes ballet
- Lunch - leftover extra lean turkey mince with onion,tomato and spinach (186)
- a 5 hour, Yes, YOU HEARD, 5 HOUR MT audition!
- Dinner - avocado,tuna,pepper,spinach, lemon juice
- after - frozen berries

- 90 minutes ballet
- 75 minutes singing
- Lunch - mini tin of tuna+tomato+spinach+pepper+cucumber, mango pot,green tea
- Gym - 35mins elliptical trainer + 15mins cycle+ abs and stretch
- green tea + shower
- chill out for a bit, maybe have a cheek sunbathe if we’re graced with beaut weather again
- Go shopping with dad
- Dinner - chicken breast + peas
