Day 3 Paleo - friday plans

  • Breakfast - ‘Banana soup’ - 1 banana, coconut milk, ground almonds (200)
  • 30mins light cardio/stretch/strengthening
  • 90 minutes intense commercial jazz
  • Morning snack - 2 slices turkey ham + 1/4 yellow pepper (40)
  • 90 minutes ballet
  • Lunch - leftover extra lean turkey mince with onion,tomato and spinach (186)
  • a 5 hour, Yes, YOU HEARD, 5 HOUR MT audition!
  • Dinner - avocado,tuna,pepper,spinach, lemon juice
  • after - frozen berries

Day 2 of Paleo plan for Thursday

  • Breakfast - 3 egg whites + small mashed banana with cinnamon,green tea
  • 90 minutes ballet
  • 75 minutes singing
  • Lunch - mini tin of tuna+tomato+spinach+pepper+cucumber, mango pot,green tea
  • Gym - 35mins elliptical trainer + 15mins cycle+ abs and stretch
  • green tea + shower
  • chill out for a bit, maybe have a cheek sunbathe if we’re graced with beaut weather again
  • Go shopping with dad
  • Dinner - chicken breast + peas
